The Social Workers provide services on a one-to-one basis to ensure individualized attention for all resident needs. Additionally, our Social

Our Social Services department, staffed with concerned and dedicated professionals,
helps residents adjust to becoming members of their new community. They work with
residents on a one-to-one basis and serve as a liaison between staff and families.
They are here to answer questions and offer support and guidance.
Behavioral Health Program - (Lighthouse Unit)
PROGRAM MISSION: To enrich the lives of the residents we serve by providing holistic, interdisciplinary Behavioral Health Services in a safe, dignified and therapeutic setting.
The primary goal of this program is to facilitate a successful re-integration of our patients into the most appropriate and independent setting possible.
THERAPEUTIC GROUPS:
- Strengths-Based Person-Centered modality focusing on Recovery.
- Facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- WRAP (Wellness Recovery and Action Planning)
